We all experience worry sometimes, or additional stress from what life throws at us. When we feel constantly on alert, or unable to control the worry anymore, that’s when we are experiencing anxiety.
During our work together, we will understand where the anxiety is rooted, what it is telling you, and how to cope effectively. You will learn various problem solving skills, and different ways of thinking in a safe and empathetic space.

Nope. If I see you in public, I will completely ignore you. The intention is not to be rude, it is to protect your privacy. Now, if you see me strolling the frozen aisle of Trader Joe’s and you say hi first, I will say hi back!

This is totally subjective and up to you and what your goals are. Weekly and biweekly are the most common frequencies for individual therapy.
